The location is convenient to several bus routes, and restaurants. My building is generally well maintained and quiet. Smoke/fire alarms were out of control a while back (for instance 5 in 1 week in the early morning hours) but now no prob. Knock on wood haha !! I’m still quite upset about having my vehicle stolen out of their “safe and secure” parking garage after paying over $4000 in parking fees. There was absolutely ZERO follow up on my stolen vehicle, and how the automobile thieves were... able to exit the garage with my vehicle with all the alleged security cameras, etc., is disappointing.

The only bad part has been the application process - the site had continual issues during sign up, signing, and info entering that I think would prevent some people from trying! But I'm stubborn!

Most of the people in the Filmore center are friendly and try to help to solve the problems. Sometimes there is a problem to get anybody on the phone in the office for several hours and we have to go ourselves over there. But when you get the right person they do the job and help to solve the issue.
