There are very few apartments in San Francisco that are newly built, located in a nice and quiet area, and offer safe, well-managed living at a reasonable rental price with fair annual increases. 777 Tenn is one of those rare apartments. As a resident for the past two years, I highly recommend this community. The management has been reliable, and the overall living experience has been excellent. I would definitely renew my lease for another year.

Problems everywhere
Correction to your listing. There is no onsite maintenance or property manager. There is no courtyard. There is no pet washing station.
Management turned over after 9 months. New management is worse. They talk a good game but do nothing. Exterior landscaping is dead. With no one in office packages Are left on the street and stolen. Key fobs don’t operate doors. Lockouts with long delays. Families with 4 kids living in small apartments and using rooftop furniture as trampolines. Rents as... similar buildings are down 15-20% bs STLY but not here. Better value found elsewhere.
