20mish was founded in 2012 as the first crypto hacker house (fka 20mission), but our community has since broadened to all sorts of co-living seekers -- AI devs/founders, traveling interns, Burning Man artists, chefs, scientists, musicians, and... passionate future-thinkers who are excited about connecting with others in this city!

We're all on one floor with a brand new stocked stainless steel kitchen and numerous bathrooms, co-working office, media room, and outdoor courtyard. Furnished/unfurnished or single/double occupancy is the same rate, all rooms are available furnished or unfurnished, including a mini fridge.

Current rates are $1550/mo for a 12 month lease plus $75/mo for utilities. This includes common area cleaning 5x/week, gigabit fiber internet/wifi with ethernet in rooms, bedding & towel, cleaning supplies, co-working office, shared tools, etc.

This has been a big year of growth for us, and we are just getting started.
