20mish is a 40 room co-living community located in the heart of San Francisco's Mission District. The building is composed of individual furnished and unfurnished private rooms and multiple areas in which you will have additional access to, such as... the common room, co-working office, and our spacious fully equipped kitchen.

This is room #1, a medium room with a standard closet, available unfurnished or with standard furnishings. It's close to the kitchen and bathrooms, and the window overlooks the bustling corner of 20th & Mission St. 

20mish was founded in 2012 as the first crypto hacker house (fka 20mission), but our community has since broadened to all sorts of co-living seekers -- AI devs/founders, traveling interns, Burning Man artists, chefs, scientists, musicians, and passionate future-thinkers who are excited about connecting with others in this city! 20mish is sure to be an experience you won't forget. Whether you're grabbing the first coffee of the day or the last snack of the night, in-depth conversations, new friendships, and useful business connections are sure to develop.

-Single room occupancy, with shared kitchen and bathrooms (MULTIPLE ROOMS AVAILABLE)
-Rooms are priced at $1595/mo for 12-month leases, $1650/mo for 3-6 month leases
-ONE MONTH FREE offered with a 12 month lease being signed!
-Deposit equivalent to one month's rent
-All utilities are capped at $75/mo
-Residential units are located above commercial spaces including a bar

Also included is common area cleaning 5x/week, dedicated gigabit fiber internet & wifi, filtered water, household supplies, etc.

We're all on one floor with a brand new stainless steel kitchen, 2 bathrooms (with multiple separate rainfall showers, bathtub, toilets, urinals, hand dryers), co-working office, media/living room, and outdoor courtyard. Furnished/unfurnished or single/double occupancy is the same rate, and any room is available with or without (or partial) furnishings and mini fridge.

The Mission District is a culturally diverse neighborhood with a variety of to-dos all within walking distance of 20mish. Dolores Park with its stunning views of the city offers movies in the summer and a variety of other activities. Stroll down any number of alleys to see art murals that depict much of the neighborhood's history. Valencia Street is known for its eccentric shopping, buzzing nightlife, bookstores, great ice cream, and the best burritos you can get in the city. Noisebridge, the world-famous hacker space, is just two blocks away. And just steps outside the building are public transportation lines that will take you anywhere within the city, and we're 4 blocks from two BART stations.
