Love the sense of community a really good group of people live here. There are great amenities maintenance is on top of things overall great place to live.

Most things are good. Still waiting for all the swallow nests and bird poop to be washed away and removed now that the swallows are gone. We would really appreciate our porch being pressure washed because it is covered in bird poop. The door to the courtyard in 733 keeps having problems, and I think little fixes are working ok, but it is really hard to open now. No issues inside the apartment itself. Place was nicer without all the speedbumps, they are really annoying and there are too many of... them. Mailroom works MUCH better now with the luxor room app, thank you for changing that system. Feels like I'm living at a resort! Everything has been perfect so far. Well maintained, many amenities, super dog friendly. Everyone has been kind and helpful.

The apartment complex is great, love the neighbors and the staff. The amenities are amazing, and I love the sense of community with the various events held each month! If is also a very dog friendly complex. The only thing I don’t love is the parking is very limited. We have an assigned spot but there are often no unmarked spots available making it hard to find a spot for my husbands car.

The property is very clean, it’s pretty quiet. The apartments are modern. There are great amenities like pools, gyms, business rooms and game room. The staff is the best!
