I would not recommend it to anyone really. San Clemente is pretty unaffordable. People drive loud vehicles through the parking lot past 10pm. In the long time we have been here management has changed hands multiple times and changed community rules multiple times.

We have been here for about 9 months and not a single complaint. Staff excellent! We have had a few requests for maintenance and all issues resolved in less than here24 hours and twice within 15 minutes . Friendly neighbors , plenty off parking Love it

I have lived here for over a dozen years and will always look back at this complex with fondness. I have outlived my ability to reside in a 1 bedroom apartment so I am unlikely to re-up when my lease is completed but this complex has provided me with many outstanding memories.
