I was never shown the actual unit after paying the deposit and signing lease. The unit does not hold the standards of the model shown. The unit I got was not move in ready. It actually was an embarrassment to management when they were invited over to witness all the obvious issues.
The gym and pool have been closed nearly half the time I have lived here thus far.
