The apartment was cool but a lot of the amenities were broken. The TVs at the rooftop were not fully operable and were taken down. I was told they were not even going to be replaced. The shuffleboard didn’t have any sand so we were never able to even use it. For how new this place is, it felt run down. The gate to the pool has been broken for months and hasn’t been fixed. It’s crazy to be paying this much when nothing works.

Maintenance
Claudio is really an amazing person. He really is great at his role as part of the maintenance team. Claudio has been the same friendly, helpful person since we first moved in. He is fast, efficient, and is always very respectful of our home. He provides the best maintenance service I’ve had compared to all other apartments I’ve lived in.
