My fiance and dogs love living here! We live close to everything we need - the best food spots, parks, grocery stores, etc. Even if it's not walking distance, this location is still within close driving distance. We also have made a few friends with the people who live here. It's also nice because of the amenities. Although sometimes it can be quite loud, we can just close the window and it's sound proof! The only con I would say about this place is that there are a lot of people who don't pick... up after their dogs' poop!

The community here is great! I love the weekly food trucks, and monthly movie nights. The amenities are awesome! Maintenance is very efficient and kind!

Overall, the property is great, the location is great and has a great amount of amenities. The staff is always on top of everything and makes it easy to put in work orders, and so on. They host community events which is great to have free events and build community.

he community truly feels like home. There's a strong, welcoming atmosphere where neighbors aren't just faces you pass on the street; they’re friends who look out for one another. This is especially clear during the regular community events, like the summer block parties and the holiday festivals. It’s the perfect place for families, with kids often playing together at the local park.
One of the biggest draws for us was the fantastic amenities. The neighborhood is incredibly walkable, with... well-maintained sidewalks and bike paths that lead to everything you need. The local businesses—from the cozy coffee shop to the fantastic family-owned restaurant—are a huge part of the community's charm.
Safety is another top priority here. The streets are well-lit, and the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful at night. We always feel safe whether we're out for an evening walk or the kids are playing in the front yard.
