I really appreciate the front desk people for always being on it as well as the cleaners, and maintenance people! The staff are really nice and helpful. It’s just the outside noise that’s a lot but you can’t control the outside so I get it.

I’m so happy to be staying at this place. I went there in need of emergency to move somewhere immediately I was approved instantly and was moved in within five days. I can’t wait to become a long-term tenant with them. It’s easy convenient to work. Beautiful community wonderful gym wonderful fireplace.

This is a great place and even better community. I have been here for 4 months and I have not had any bad experiences! My favorite place so far is the gym! I go there almost everyday!

If I was grading my experience on a scale of 1-10 with 10 be the highest, it would be the following:
Cleanliness inside: 10
Outside: 2 (dog poop is everywhere)
Security of building: 3 (you should need a key fob to access the stairwell)
Maintenance: 8- ( after working 20 years in building/apartment maintenance, I have never experienced an instance where as an elevator as essential as the Williams street entrance be out of order so long. This is totally unacceptable.
And lastly, fire detection... system: -5
Just my opinion!

We sincerely apologize for the ongoing issues with the Williams Street entrance. We... understand how frustrating and inconvenient this has been, and we agree that extended disruptions are unacceptable. Please know that we are actively working to resolve this matter and as of today the elevator has been fixed.
We also appreciate you bringing up your concerns regarding the exterior access and the fire detection system. We will have these items reviewed promptly to ensure everything is functioning as it should.

I think this review is going to be similar to my last one. For the most part, I love it here! Everyone is so nice, it’s conveniently located, so many cute and fun things to do. Pool and hot tub are an excellent bonus. I just wish the people who lived here were more respectful to the space. They’re always leaving trash and just plain nasty sometimes.
