Really enjoying living here. Amenities are great. The leasing office and front office staff are very personable and helpful.
The noise can be excessive at times if there are events in the area but that is the price you pay when you are in such a good location.

I love it here! The apartments are very big and spacious. The windows seem to be noise cancelling because, despite living smack dab in the heart of downtown oakland once you close the windows you can barely hear the hustle and bustle going on outside.

Will definitely not be renewing my lease. The quality of living has gone down not just at the Uptown, but in the residential area/neighborhood. Dogs are still walking around unleashed after my dog getting attacked, the smells of the hallway

There used to be very nice music that was played in the halls of building 2. Everyone misses that. Also there are 2 doors in the garage that lead to the stairs and elevator that have been off their hinges for quite a while now, still not fixed. Thank you very much for working towards addressing the trash issue.
