The fire alarms are constantly going off in this building due to randos breaking in and there’s trash or pee everywhere. People leave trash on the floors in the trash room and don’t clean up after their dogs. Staff is helpful tho

Shauna was awesome. She did amazing job at making me feel welcomed. She helped my wife and I find the perfect apartment and also made us feel like the Up Town is a great community. This person is someone you want on the team.

I love the complex, but some tenants cleanliness, pets and lack of mindset about apartment living prevents me from giving a 5. Additionally, the area around the buildings has unhoused people who make the surrounding area unpleasant.

I liked how how the staff was understanding and the whole is really a vibe it had a laundry and the swimming pool was really nice and the host parties and gathering events where everybody decided is really nice

I really appreciate the front desk people for always being on it as well as the cleaners, and maintenance people! The staff are really nice and helpful. It’s just the outside noise that’s a lot but you can’t control the outside so I get it.
