Great community! Nice amenity with a heated pool. Fast response with maintance orders. Gated buildings all around with fob access only, it feels save compared to a regular apartment rental somewhere in Oakland.

The place is quiet and beautiful. There’s a lot of different places to relax besides your apartment! There’s a courtyard,pool, and even a movie theater you can rent out.
