I e had such a wonderful experience touring the apartment complex. Kailey helped me out, answered all my questions and provided me with all the important information I needed to feel comfortable and make the step to apply. The application process has been swift and easy, I appreciate the clear communication. It has made the process of moving a lot smoother.

For the most part, it’s pretty great living here. The neighborhood can get a little rough with broken glass everywhere. Otherwise it’s nice to be close to everything.

I am very upset that our usage of the pool and hot tub has been removed for 2 weeks and still going. I read every single word of every email the Uptown sends me and the building did not warn us of this closure. Why would you close the pool during the hottest time of the year in Oakland?!?!? I feel like I am paying for services that I am not getting. My room mates and myself are very unhappy about this and would appreciate a discount on next months rent to compensate us for the removal of... amenities with No Notice!

Really enjoying living here. Amenities are great. The leasing office and front office staff are very personable and helpful.
The noise can be excessive at times if there are events in the area but that is the price you pay when you are in such a good location.
