Continue to raise the rent year after even though inflation has decreased. No loyalty to tenants. The main reason I selected here was location. But it’s just not worth the increases.

Just moved into this apartment recently, and so far the experience has been great. The move-in process was smooth and straightforward — everything was ready on time and management was helpful throughout. The location is really convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and main roads, but still quiet enough to feel relaxing. Parking feels safe and well-lit, which gives some extra peace of mind. Overall, a solid place to live and a good start so far.

Lived here for 2 years now, and I have had no complaints whatsoever! Obviously on weekends, we live by the bars and the lively area of downtown San Jose, so if you don't enjoy the loud and lively atmosphere, this isn't the place for you. Otherwise, if you enjoy or don't mind the night life, this area has everything from food to the closest shopping center on Coleman Ave.
