Best Apartment in Oakland
Alta Waverly might just be the greatest residential tower in Oakland. The building is located in the perfect part of downtown and situated in close proximity to the lake. Units are spacious with great appliances and the communal amenities are perfect. On top of that, the maintenance crew it always on it and the building management are the kindest, most accommodating people, I couldn’t recommend it more.

Great place to live close to transit
I've lived here for many years now and love the community. Picked the location originally because its close to public transit and great food options. Stayed for the community.

Amazing Community and Wonderful Staff
I've lived at Alta Waverly for 1.5 years so far and it has been the best experience I've had. From the office staff, my neighbors, and the events! Maintenance is always on top of everything and the community is clean, thank you, Rene! I would recommend Alta Waverly as your home!!!!!
