Loft features:

New bathroom. This project was completed in 2022. It features a large vanity, pleasant lighting, and an enormous shower.

New kitchen. This space was finished with the bathroom. The oven and fridge are new. It's efficiently arranged with lots of counter space for a loft of this size. It's great for entertaining.

Off-street parking. The unit includes a private parking space that's accessible via an automatic gate.

Unique flooring. The unit was originally part of a larger warehouse. The downstairs floor is smoothed concrete that has been kept clean and polished. It retains a lot of character from decades of professional use, but feels chic. Upstairs, the flooring is cork, which was chosen for its sustainability.

Commuting. The loft is close to the 80 and 880. It's also near major local roads like West Grand Avenue and Mandela Parkway.

Fitness. a world class climbing gym, is blocks away. Get Bent, offers space for dedicated powerlifters. If you're into Crossfit-style workouts, there are several options close by. Mandela Parkway is popular for runners.
