I rented this property from May 2021 to March 2022. It is an absolutely stunning unit. I responded to the ad the way it is written currently, so the long time tenant description is inaccurate. My experience is that the unit is not quiet as the ad indicates. There is a downstairs tenant who practices violin scales not just occasionally but multiple times during the day, every day, even weekends. Owner not willing to mitigate, and it appears the tenant has impunity to continue the behavior... despite requests for compromise. It made working from home and trying to relax on weekends too difficult for me. I made the decision to move as it was clear nothing was going change and I didn't have the bandwidth or desire to pursue legal avenues. I was sad to go.
