1) For new construction, I am surprised I hear my neighbors conversations clearly through my bedroom wall. 2) Every time my downstairs neighbor closes their front door it rattles my entire apartment. 3) I hate the trash service. No one follows the rules and the hallway ends up smelling of garbage 4) The elevator constantly smells like dog urine. It's disgusting.

Members of the leasing office are so helpful and supportive. My move in was smooth and never have I felt stressed coming to this apartment complex. The amenities are top notch and can’t be beat. Each and every unit I initially toured were all so clean and comfortable. I’m glad I get to call Landsby my home.
