We've lived here for three and a half years, and honestly, there's never been a reason for us to consider moving elsewhere. This is one of the best-managed communities we've experienced. The property is consistently clean, well-maintained, and cared for, and the amenities are fantastic. The gym, clubhouse, and community events help create a welcoming atmosphere that truly feels like home.
Sheila and Mo in the leasing office are always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They do a... wonderful job making residents feel valued.
I'd also like to recognize Cody from maintenance. He is reliable, responsive, and takes great pride in his work. Whenever we've needed assistance, he has always been prompt, professional, and committed to getting the job done right. It's clear that he genuinely cares about both the quality of his work and the residents he serves.
Great management, great maintenance, and a great community overall. After three and a half years here, we can confidently say it's been a wonderful place to call home.

luxurious, homey, staycation vibes
We’ve been living here for 2.5 years and we absolutely love it so far! We love living in this location and love that we’re right next to the Bart station and that this apartment complex is in its own little space on S Milpitas Blvd. Our favorite part is definitely the amenities as we regularly use the hot tub and ping pong tables, which make home feel like a lovely staycation. We also love using the gym, the grills outside and the common areas on the first floor. There’s also plenty of cute... spaces outside as well. Our cat loves lounging by the large screen door in our bedroom which gets plenty of sunlight in the afternoons and we love our balcony and beautiful view. Everything in our apartment is pretty new and in great condition. One thing I love about this place is it has that modern, luxurious ambiance while still feeling cozy and homey. This place is also very secure and the underground parking lot with plenty of guest parking is also a huge plus. We love calling this quiet, peaceful space our home.

Great community with excellent amenities and security
We have been living at Lantana Milpitas Apartments for the past 3 years, and it has been a wonderful experience.
The amenities are really good and always well maintained. The community is very clean, and the environment feels safe and secure. The security and overall atmosphere make it a comfortable place to live.
One of the best parts is that Lantana organizes events and parties for residents, including fun activities for kids as well as adults, which makes it feel like a lively and friendly... community.
The clubhouse is another highlight—it’s a great space for hosting gatherings and celebrations.
Overall, we are very happy living here and would definitely recommend it.

Awesome property
First of all I just want to say how much my family and I enjoy living here. Me and my girls feel safe when we are walking around and there are so many places for my little one to explore and relax. The staff are amazing. Mo and Sheila are so helpful when you need help with something. The maintenance man Cody is so attentive and always making sure that my work orders are done and in a timely manner. He always makes sure that he asks if I have any other problems before he’s done. I can’t say more... positive things about this place.

Super duper property
I’d like to just say wow this place is amazing. Everyone has a smile on their face and everything is just so clean. My dog loves it here and so do I. The Bart makes my commute to Oakland a breeze. And if I want to head to the city I can just hop on Bart and get away! But I never do because this place is just right. Maintenance is super fast and efficient, the leasing process was a so efficient and effortless.
