I have lived at this property since February 2026 and still have not received a copy of my lease agreement. Since moving in, my AC/heater has not been functioning properly. I have sent multiple emails and left numerous voicemails requesting assistance, but I have received little to no response. My concerns have been consistently ignored. Parking is another major issue. When I signed my lease, I was assured that each apartment would be permitted one parking space. However, there are units with... multiple tenants taking up three to four parking spaces, making it extremely difficult for other residents to find parking. The property’s cleanliness is also unacceptable. The trash room is constantly overflowing, making it difficult to dispose of garbage properly. The laundry rooms are dirty, with pet hair and debris throughout. Overall, the property appears neglected, and there does not seem to be any regular cleaning or maintenance of common areas. Because the dumpsters are frequently overflowing and trash is left on the ground, the property has begun attracting rats and other pests. This creates an unhealthy and unpleasant living environment for residents. Unfortunately, the leasing and management teams have shown very little concern regarding these ongoing issues. Despite repeated attempts to communicate and seek solutions, there has been no meaningful action taken. I cannot recommend living here based on my experience. I wish I can attach photos

No parking
Do not and I repeat do not move into 308 Sango court apartments. There is absolutely no parking. If you are not home before 5 PM, you will struggle to find parking. This is something that they do not tell you when you move in. You will think that there is parking on the street, but everyone takes up the street parking as well.. cars will block you in to where you’re unable to get into your vehicle and they don’t do anything about it. Yeah the rent is cheaper, but there will be times where you... may have to sleep in your car due to parking issues.

Do not rent here
102 units with less than 50 parking spots. No street parking either since it's surrounded by warehouse companies. It is dark at night and it is hard to see the street to turn in. No street lights whatsoever. The brand new elevator is broken for days several times a month. Even the parking garage door breaks down and every car in the garage is stuck inside until it's fixed several days later. My vinyl floor tiles are poorly installed. They are not all glued down and there are huge gaps in between... some planks. They also give you only one key to your unit. The type of key cannot be made at most places that make spare keys. I could go on and on...

Pleasant Customer Service
New tenant here! Not much to say yet, except that customer service was pleasant so far. There's a particular lady at the admin office (not sure if we can include names here) but she's been very helpful with us since day 1 (from approval of requirements to unit turnover). She appears to be a 1-woman-team handling numerous tenant, unit/bldg, community halls concerns. She is also polite, hardworking, and cheerful. Looking forward to the security, protection, peace, and simple joys residing in our... new home.

Don't Rent Here!
Don’t rent here. Management is disorganized, unprofessional, and unresponsive to tenant concerns calls and emails often go unanswered. There is only one elevator, and it frequently breaks down, with repairs taking days, which is especially difficult for residents with physical disabilities. The security cameras don’t work, and the neighborhood doesn’t feel safe, with people often sitting in cars smoking and other suspicious activity happening outside. Parking is very limited after 4 PM, it’s... hard to find a spot. The walls are thin, and despite being a newer building, there are issues with ants.
