We had high hopes when we first moved here. We are very sad to have seen how quickly the property has degraded within a short time, and how little regard the new management team has for the experience of residents, especially as it pertains to rampant package theft that has affected so many of us.

The Vasara team is great. The maintenance team is especially awesome. Ulises, Jimmy, and Salvador are always really friendly. They address issues quickly and provides updates if a fix can take long.

I’ve had a great experience living at Vasara. The building is well maintained, the apartment layout works great for my family, and the staff is always professional and friendly.

Parking system is not user friendly and potential safety concerns associated with it. Multiple incidents occured with me and other residents regarding that system causing major damages.
