I really love The Pearl, from the moment we walked in, I knew we were at home. The community and staff is very friendly and kind, the building looks well maintained and it feels like new. The amenities are great. We also loved the location.

Pearl's biggest advantages are its cleanliness, comfort, tidiness, and safety. Thanks to everyone who provides service here.

The downsides are that the rooms are relatively small, the price is high, and more than half of the room types lack sufficient sunlight.

My unit has two minor but somewhat annoying issues. One is that the public area by the pool often has residents making noise until midnight. The other is that the room layout lacks a designated shoe cabinet area, and the heating/air...
conditioning unit is positioned directly facing the gas stove.
