Thus far a mixed experience. ( ) Beautiful building, amenities, fixed broken garage door efficiently, double paned windows are a godsend. (-) Significant outside noise from train and bus horns 24/7, mandatory trash valet ($30/mo), everything requires you to download an additional app on your phone (packages, parking, trash, etc.), no parking in front of street, outside of the park across the street it still feels desolate (no nearby retail or coffee shops, very industrial area)

Breathtaking

I toured countless apartments from the Valley to downtown and nothing comes close to this gem. After touring i immediately submitted my application and deposit. Near downtown without being downtown. Beautiful park across the street. The building offers expansive views of downtown and the lush hills on tge opposite side of the building. The amenities and quality of the apartment finishes are a A+. Looking forward to calling Park East home.
