Manager on site is nice, but the landlord/management company is horrible. Very rude and takes forever to answer you. Not to mention, how outdated everything is; from a paper application to needing to followup myself on the new unit. I am currently living here and my fiance and I attempted to upgrade to the 2 bedroom and after 2 weeks of back and forth (providing everything they needed and more) we were inevitably denied w/o an explanation. Be careful and do your research. This is not where you... want to move.
