Not luxury

Pros:
-Nice place on the inside
-Amazon Locker
-Balcony

Cons:
-Cold shower water, always.
-Parking garage gates are always broken, like around the holidays.
-Can't have guests on the rooftop.
-Can't have guests in really any common area.
-Gym is unfinished and has been since the building opened.
-Property manager hates doing their job.
-No community.
