The pool and spacious grounds are shared with the main residence that is occupied by a small family, respectful of tenant's privacy. ONE YEAR LEASE. There is a separate charge of water and gas utility of $250 per month, because the water and gas bill is part of the main residence, and this represents the proportional share of usage.
