Hi, I'm Karen DeMauricio and I've been in the business for 13 years. I have experience ranging from short sales to assisting clients through obtaining an energy-efficient audit with solar panels added. This Green Designation will increase your property value. I have experience with Probate Sales for residential and income properties and helping loved ones with tips and the process with my own personal experience. I have extensive knowledge of Los Angeles City programs and other First-Time homebuyer programs. I am a certified program manager, with some experience in flipping homes. My National Association of Realtors designations includes Negotiation Expert (RENE), Buyer Specialist, and Certified Transaction Coordinator. Before real estate, I enjoyed the natural health field teaching people how to take care of themself by eating for balance type, aromatherapy, and emotions.
