The complex is very clean and quiet. When you have a concern they are there to find a solution. The leasing department always thinks of their families. I appreciate everything.

They just did our inspections and omg the team was so unorganized and the manager is so rude and unprofessional. We have been here for a total of three years and owners are always asking to do something new every year. But this year took the cake. The team tried to help me, dude, my schedule and my kids being out of school but he manager was so unhelpful and so rude. I'm so tired of this place. They are way too expensive.Do not move here. The turnover is crazy not only with residents but with... employees.

Our property never has the office open. We have to drive blocks away to speak to the office team. And if we want to speak to the manager she is never available. I don't get it when she actually has a staff of people helping. Ashley was never to busy to stop and help us. I see why everyone is leaving. It use to be so welcoming here and now its horrible

We are very pleased to be a part of the Vello Valley Community. Leasing staff have been amazing and knowledgeable as well as kind. Vello Valley has kept us up to date about events, inspections or anything else going on in the community. We are very happy with our new home here at Vello Valley BTR. We would recommend this community to friends and family.
