Car was stolen
Im devastated and very disappointed because I thought we are safe here as we just move in recently we came from LA and to think its much more dangerous there but last Monday my car was stolen in the last parking slot near our apartment and when I asked them if they have a camera there is none anywhere even in the front office as this is what the police officer asked us as well. I just hope they do something about the security and put cctv anywhere applicable because this is not a gated apartment... and anyone can come inside so if a crime would happen no evidence would be found. Im just sad and disappointed.

I love living at Ridgestone initially. It is conveniently located near a shopping district, freeway, and a sports park. I have brought to the site admin's attention of residents repairing their cars in the parking lot until past 10PM (but I still see many residents repairing their cars in the parking lot), the lights flickering in several locations at night (still not fixed since November 2024), and trashes are often placed inside the recycling bin (and wish that there are green waste compost as... I often see the maintence team dumping leaves in trash bin when the leaves can be composted). Please consider lowering the cost of trash for residents who don't generate that much trash and are willing to recycle. It's disheartening to see so much waste and to see Greystar or Ridgestone isn't giving any incentives to encourage residents to be more environmentally friendly.
