The stairwells, wash room and all walking areas look super dirty. Makes me feel uncomfortable. The walkways are all stained from not being cleaned. Every step you take is a step in filth. Managements needs to step up and have this place power washed. It's been this way for years. Enough already. Please clean it up. Too NASTY!

My 3 years living there, only one dryer worked for the whole apartment, most people in this apartment do not work so they hog that one dryer all day.

Parking is a nightmare if you have more than one car, it’s almost impossible to find a parking spot on the street.

Appliances are cheap, everything breaks, the refrigerator, cabinets, ceiling fan...

You will most likely encounter bad neighbors. When I first moved in the downstairs neighbor sleep in the daytime and stayed up all night blasting... music and nothing was done about it. Police also show up a lot too, apparently when people are on drug they run around the apartment trying to break things.

Also, if your bedroom is facing the bart side, you will feel your room shake every time the bart passes by.

Furthermore, they charge a $50 fee on top of your rent to make your rent look cheaper than it’s.

I love my apartment complex. The people are so friendly, the grounds are always clean and well maintained. In the courtyard we have a nice swimming pool and lounge chairs. I would highly recommend it. The Manager is so nice and friendly. Everything is conveniently located.
