The finishing results of the maintenance repair was unprofessional. My maintenance repair isn’t completed. It’s awful and the maintenance team has left damages to my front door and front door panel. The ceiling is an eyesore when I wake to seeing the miss-matching paint. The staff hasn’t replied to the two emails I’ve sent. There was only one attempt to call me and a voicemail was left with a callback phone number leading to different community offices in Westlake. It seems to be impossible to... get in contact with anyone during M-F since I work M-F 8-6. After work the offices are closed.

Upon arriving the first day of the repair, I noticed the poor job of paint overspray on the walls and carpet. A hole was created in my ceiling, which I still haven’t gotten any communication on why they had to do that. I have photos to share.
In the second day, they filled the hole created by the maintenance team and painted the ceiling with miss-matching paint.

Also, one of my bath towels were stolen. Doors leading to my closet room and restroom were wedged open indicating someone has gained entry to other parts of my apartment without my permission. The maintenance repair request was to repair paint peeling in the ceiling near the entry door, and there was no need to enter any other parts of my apartment. I have a loss I trust in this experience.

Not good to stay here parking is really tough eventhough you hava parking permit. I can see anyone can park in the area and patrol team is not in action. LoTS of cars have no parking permit and every weekends customers for the BLVD Cafe park in the area making it us residents to park every sat and sun. Make the parking rules 24hours and tow them. For us residents to feel good going home in the area.
