I’ve lived in “community” complexes several times in my life, but One Adrian is the first complex that succeeds in creating and maintaining a feeling of positive, enjoyable, shared experiences with a supportive small neighborhood vibe. You will love it here.

The apartment is newly built, so the facilities are modern and well-maintained. The office staff are friendly, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. Overall, I’m satisfied with living here.

However, there is occasionally an unpleasant smell from outside that resembles something burning, possibly oil. It would be helpful to know the source of this. The smell can sometimes be noticed even in the garage.

One Adrian has been an excellent place to live! The amenities are top-notch, and the services are impressive, making life in the Bay Area so comfortable. The new units have everything you need—hardwood floors, AC, clean spaces, and large windows that bring in lots of light. Maintenance is quick and efficient, and the staff is always supportive.
