The apartment is very cheaply remodeled, I appreciate the hardwood floors and in unit laundry, but unit 104 specifically always had problems with the heater, it never worked. Brick + Timber will find any reason to overcharge tenants. I would advise everyone to avoid renting from this company at all costs
