I've been pretty disappointed with my experience here. The bathroom fans are constantly running, creating an annoying background noise that you can't turn off. Walking around upstairs is a nightmare—the floors creak loudly with every step, which makes it hard to relax or get a good night's sleep.
One of the main reasons I chose this place was for the amenities, but the gym has been closed for the past seven months and just recently reopened. That’s a long time to go without access to something... you’re paying for. Speaking of paying, you're also charged for water on top of everything else.
Overall, for the price, it's just not worth it. There are too many ongoing issues with little return in comfort or value.

I sent a work order at 9:00 pm on Saturday via resident portal, the next day Sunday at 1:00 PM maintenance guy came to fix our shower faucet. To think it is not an emergency concern they still came to fix it. I am impressed on their quick response and work was done well... Thank you..
