I have nothing but good to say about this place. Then staff is excellent, understanding and kind. The maintenance team work harder than I've ever seen maintenance work to keep this place running right. I love it here, and look forward to staying here as long as I can.

The staff is nice and that's about it. The area isn't great. I routinely wake up to gunshots in the night. My neighbors which can be heard through the wall smoke a lot of marijuana that can be smelled throughout the apartment complex. The buildings are run down and frequently have the water shut off. The pools and laundry rooms are not well taken care of. Most washer and dryers are broken and the pools are green. The "dog" park is small and run down. Its not clean ether. Animal poop can be found... all over the complex because no one cleans up after there animals. Save your money and fine somewhere else to live. Read More

There is nothing but residents smoking marijuana constantly in their apartments, playgrounds, and in their vehicles in the parking lot. The management can care less to deal with the situation even after it was brought up multiple times. I do not recommended living here whatsoever. Maintenance and management are both very unprofessional.
