I toured one of the one bedroom units. The amenities match the rent and the staff are very nice, but the apartments themselves should not be called "luxury." Damaged cabinets, poorly installed and ugly carpeting, old/cheap appliances, and bad lighting.
If you're good enough at interior decorating you'll probably be fine.

Horrible management. Corporate is just as bad. They do not communicate, they do not enforce their own policies. I've seen homeless camping all around the outter edge of the property and even wandering the property digging through dumpsters. Even caught a couple guys scoping out cars to break into. A homicide happened on the property and management did nothing to reassure the residents. The pedestrian gates do not have locking mechanisims allowing literally anyone off the street to walk in.... Police helicopters flying over almost nightly shining the spotlight in the windows. Way over priced for the crap you deal with.

One of the Worst Student Apartments in Tucson. Unorganized and unaware of what events occurs in the apartments. Multiple systematic errors with no care. The staff are very unprofessional. Make promises they can't keep
