DO NOT MOVE HERE! I have lived in this complex for about four years and have had a terrible experience. First of all, the rent is absurdly expensive for how small and outdated the apartments are, not to mention the lack of amenities and large amount of maintenance issues you will run into here. Secondly, dogs are constantly running off leash and there is tons of dog poop throughout the complex that doesn’t get picked up. I have a small golden doodle that was attacked by an off leash pit bull... that almost killed him. $3,000.00 of vet bills later my dog is recovering. My downstairs neighbor informed me she let her unit get infested with cockroaches. Due to this, I informed the office so they could treat the building which never happened. Because of all the issues I informed them I would not be renewing my lease. They stated they would charge an absurd late fee even though I’m not renewing my lease due to their negligence. Do yourself a favor and value yourself enough to not live here. People deserve better living standards and management obviously doesn’t care.

Do not recommend
I was a resident with domain 3201 for two years during this time turnover was high as far as management and leasing staff so you aren’t able to build/maintain a relationship with them. They allow crashed/non-running vehicles to be parked in the limited available free parking spots. Also dog poop was everywhere and it reeks of urine. They charge you outrageous fees to maximize their profits. I have always been a responsible tenant maintaining my responsibilities and paying my bills on time,... however they show a lack of appreciation. I waited for months for them to fix a hole in the ceiling. I DONT recommend living here.

They are crooked
Man where do I even start, they blocked their customer's phone number. They have a bad policy compared to other apartments. They expected you to pay 2 months to break the lease, and another 2 months for vacant. Total of 4 months, they don't even accept money orders, only cashier checks. Mind you, this place is also part of a price-fixing scheme in AZ. I would avoid it at all costs.

DO NOT MOVE HERE
DO NOT RENT HERE! This is the most poorly run apartment complex I have ever lived at. When I moved in there was about 25 pounds of mysterious white powder in my carpet. No joke. Not only did they do NOTHING about it, it ruined a brand new vacuum completely trying to clean up, gave my cat permanent breathing problems, and has had god know what effects on my heath. If I had the money to pursue legal action I certainly would. They also charged me $1,000 when I moved out for no other reason than I... gave notice a couple days late, still almost 2 months in advance mind you. I always paid rent on time, left the apartment in perfect condition. Tenants were moving out in the middle of the night all the time, leaving their apartments trashed. The area seems unsafe. They DNA residents dog poop??? But there is still dog poop everywhere all the time. Abandoned shopping carts on the grounds. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
