Have been living here for 9 months.. ROACHES along with many other problems. Place is INFESTED, even after pest spraying AT LEAST monthly, but mostly every other week.. this entire time! Did their complete clean out too.. still killing roaches EVERY DAY, about 6-10 roaches. Not to mention the management is incompetent and inconsiderate of someone's time. Often missing appointments to spray and not notifiying people. The can't give you a time window, they just say 'sometime' that day, so you must... be home all day.. They do not care one bit about the health of the people living here. Complete nightmare here. 'Upgraded' and paying more to live in a disgusting place. Yes, there was a snake as well. They did not care. Walls so thin you can hear people snoring next door. Water problems, lots of water problems. Water has been shut off for more than 35 individual days during my 9 month stay.. I have never had to live in a place that had such a problem with bugs. Disturbing.

The staff know all of their residence by name and they do anything they can to make sure that everyone who lives there is well taken care of.

Greenleaf at Broadway
The Greenleaf at Broadway is a Fantastic place to live! I am going on 3 years now and have enjoyed life here very much. The staff in the office are VERY helpful and nice. The grounds are kept up and the pool is wonderful. I enjoy the fact that I can walk to groceries, Walgreens, Walmart, banks, etc. I am a single mom and I found that the you get a lot of square footage for a reasonable price. I would recommend the Greenleaf at Broadway apartments for anyone looking for central location and... friendly place to live. LD Tucson, Az
