Every since I moved in my unit I've dealt with roaches. American Roaches, German roaches, of course management acted surprised. All summer the a/c goes out but you know what the a/c in the office is always running and kept at comfortable 68 degrees imagine that. Heavy rainfall my bedroom window is leaking water. I don't care if they give you 6 months free don't do it.

I am sorry you are having pest problems. Fortunately we have a contract with Burns pest control and they can come treat the apartment every wednesday. Please contact the office to have this service scheduled. Additionally, the Air conditioning in the... apartments is linked to the exact same system that the office uses. The AC was being repaired for 4 days and was at 50% function. All apartments were still able to cool below 82 degrees during this time and any unit that could not was given portable AC. The leasing office was the same temperature as the rest of the property during this time. Claiming the office was 68 degrees is false. It was 79 degrees the entire time the repairs were being conducted. As for the window, we will happily send out a professional to ensure it is sealed. Please contact the office to have these items addressed as we cannot fix issues that are not brought to our attention.

Danny and Juniper made it easy for us. There transparency and attention to detail as far as questions or concerns and professionalism helped me to make this decision to finally sign a lease here. The community is very quiet and everyone is so friendly. I truly feel safe here and we will enjoy our time here. These 2 managers are always happy to help and answer questions in a timely manner. Thank you ?? for making the process so easy

This property is well maintained and taken care of by the staff. I have lived here for 2 years and it keeps getting better. The office staff and maintenance are on top things and always willing to help!
