Terrible move-in/move-out protocol. Be prepared to be charged when moving out for cleaning and damages regardless of how clean the place was and damages that are either normal wear and tear or pre-existing. Maintenance was mediocre at best and maintenance personnel entered without adequate notice. The front desk help was basically non-existent.
I would avoid this place like the plague. One star is extremely generous for the experience that we had. Better to spend you money elsewhere.

Cheap for Top Dollar
I've been living at Union for over 3 years now and it seems like the quality only decreases while the price increases. Paint, appliances, and some facilities seem to be made on the cheap side and as of now, the elevator(s) in the North Tower sounds like a ride at Disney land every time they go up or down. Additionally, it seems like dishwashers and sinks here were made to be faulty as I have asked for maintenance over 4 times in less than a year on those two appliances alone; nothing seems to... get fixed. I used to say good things about this place. Now, I cannot wait to leave.
I miss the Union that used to be.

Modern Apartments with small rooms and high crime
Facility is generally clean. Convenient location for classes and downtown. Modern Appliances. Air conditioning can be very loud. Bedrooms are on the small side compared to other apartment options. Don't use the Bike Garage, as it is broken into on a regular basis and there is no security!!
