Great place to reside at

This place is crawling with bugs, i've lived in 3 different units and they're all infested. The floors are cheap vinyl that tear if you sneeze on them, the maintenance team can barely change a lightbulb, they will peep through your windows, and scope out your apartment looking for valuables. The management is even worse, the assistant manager flirts with the maintenance guy all day, riding around in a golf cart, making eyes at each other all day. They charge you insane amounts of fees for... nothing at all, and if you try to move out, you have to give them an insane notice ahead of time, and forget about getting your deposit back because they will take a picture of a scratch and somehow that justifies an $800 charge. No accountability either, they are just free and able to do this to people every single day. Horrible excuse for a business and establishment. A great place to live

The worst apartment complex I have lived in. When I first moved in the apartment was not move in ready, after they had already made me re-sign my lease because the original apartment they were going to put me in wasn't ready.

Additionally, there has been police chases and shootouts in my time here which makes the next point even worse.

The security gate has been broken for over 3 months this year, and was broken for the majority of last year as well. When asked why the gate still hasn't been... repaired, I was told "It costs $8,000" , not sure how that's my problem but here we are. Fast forward to today, my car was broken into and robbed overnight due to this broken security gate.

If you value safety and security I recommend looking at any other apartment complex, this one does not care about their tenants and their safety in the least bit. Read More
