Galleria Palms is by far the best apartment complex in the area. Toured so many others that we found online, but drove past this one after the others disappointed and applied the same day we toured. The buildings are a little old but they're well updated and modern, and the community is super chill and safe.

I have been living in this apartment community for 6 months and overall, my experience has been positive. The management team is responsive and approachable, always willing to address any concerns or maintenance requests promptly. The amenities provided, such as gym, pool, or common areas, are well-maintained and a great addition to the community.
The location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation, shopping, and dining options. However, one area that could use improvement is... the cleanliness of the outdoor greenery spaces, as pet owners do not always clean up after their pets. It would be helpful if there were additional measures in place to ensure these areas remain tidy.
Overall, I enjoy living here and would recommend this apartment community to others looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to call home
