The worst apartment complex I have lived in. When I first moved in the apartment was not move in ready, after they had already made me re-sign my lease because the original apartment they were going to put me in wasn't ready.
Additionally, there has been police chases and shootouts in my time here which makes the next point even worse.
The security gate has been broken for over 3 months this year, and was broken for the majority of last year as well. When asked why the gate still hasn't been... repaired, I was told "It costs $8,000" , not sure how that's my problem but here we are. Fast forward to today, my car was broken into and robbed overnight due to this broken security gate.
If you value safety and security I recommend looking at any other apartment complex, this one does not care about their tenants and their safety in the least bit.
