Galleria Palms is a safe and well taken care of community. The two pools are nice and Maintenance takes care of difficulties. It is a good location central to many areas for dining and shopping.

It has been a great Move-in experience and first 3 weeks of stay. Everything has been smooth and front office was helpful. in first 3 weeks, everything is as promised. The only suggestion would be more clarity of some of key components around lease terms.
