great area, nice apt’s, cool amenities, and maintenance is quick.
people here are nice, my only complaint is about the old air conditioning system…. it’s loud, like obnoxiously loud, thought it’d drown out eventually and it has a bit but it’s still a thing i notice every time.

The grounds are always kept clean. My neighbors are cordial and quite frequently, the only noise I hear at night is the traffic coming in and it's only because of where I live. My living experience here has been pleasant.

Clean place, decent amenities, and manageable rent for the area. Maintenance is slow and parking gets tight at night, but overall it’s solid if you value location over luxury.

Tempe Station is truly a wonderful place to live. The location is absolutely perfect for almost anything you might want to do. The grounds are expertly maintained. The office staff are very helpful and Knowledgeable and willing to assist you. Maintenance team members are very good at their job and really do a great job. Tempe Station is a beautiful place to live.
