I’ve had a great experience living at Broadstone Tempe Station. The location is one of the biggest highlights — close to everything, walkable, and super convenient for work and daily errands. The community itself is clean, modern, and well maintained, especially the common areas like the pool and clubhouse.
The apartments are spacious with a nice layout, updated finishes, and good natural light. Maintenance has been responsive when I’ve submitted requests, and issues were handled in a... reasonable amount of time. The staff has been professional and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance.
Overall, it’s a comfortable place to live with great amenities and a prime Tempe location. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a modern apartment near the city and transit.

Little respect for residents
Don't move here. I've been a resident for 3 years, paid my rent on time, and they still had my truck towed. I had a sticker placed on my window for no registration, l orderea a new one, and before it could even come in the mail my truck was towed, and now I have to pay 250$. Terrible place and looking forward to when my lease is up. Don’t move here, they will tow you or your guests vehicle
