Tempe Station is a remarkable place to live. The people who live at Tempe are friendly and kind and very considerate. The office staff are thoughtful and very helpful. The maintenance department are always there to help and keep the apartments in top shape.

Tempe Station is a wonderful place to live. The location is absolutely perfect it's close to everything. The complex/grounds are beautiful and the office staff and maintenance crew are terrific.

Great complex. Plenty of amenities, parking and events. Community is kept exceptionally clean and secure with gates and on site security. As well as a great location in Tempe by the freeway and light rail and being a comfortable distance from the nightlife. Only downsides are probably connecting with the front office for maintenance issues or other questions that require a manager to be present (they can be quite elusive) and restrictions to the amenities (they aren’t 24/7)
