Tempe Station is truly a wonderful place to live. The location is absolutely perfect you can get anywhere in a relatively short period of time. The maintenance technicians are the best, very helpful and professional. The office staff is very friendly and thoughtful. They are always willing to help with any situation you might have. The location is unbeatable. Being right across from the light rail station is incredibly convenient for getting to ASU or downtown Phoenix. It's also just minutes from Tempe Marketplace and the 101, making commuting and running errands a breeze. 10/10 for accessibility!
