After seeing mixed reviews online I was unsure if I should give Avana a shot, but I am glad that I toured and saw for myself that it is actually a very nice place to live. It is evident that they must have made significant improvements. I am loving my new living space. I had a maintenance request that was resolved in less than 24 hours, so I was also satisfied in the prompt response.

Avana Tempe had switched management quite a bit and are still finding their footing with what old management left them. They need to get the roaches out of the buildings and they don’t honour move-in specials and don’t own up to their mistakes.
