Good location, friendly staff, and nice amenities overall. However, security is a serious concern. There have been multiple incidents involving cars being broken into, stolen, or targeted. There doesn’t seem to be adequate perimeter security, and even the two main vehicle entrances lack sufficient CCTV coverage. Improving security measures would make a big difference in overall safety and peace of mind.

Have been here over five years and have had a pretty great experience. Wonderful office management and very friendly staff. That’s why I have stayed as long as I have.

Love this community. They keep it clean, I feel safe, love the office staff, remote to everything, no issues and if there is something wrong they come and fix it ASAP, quiet area, family oriented. So glad we found this place because it really feels like home

I feel safe at the Allure Apartments — they are very secure and clean. They’re conveniently located right next to several stores like Walmart and Costco, so close that you can even walk there.
The prices are very reasonable (during certain months). Tip: If you’re planning to move, reserve in advance — it’s usually cheaper. Also, check the prices on their website daily, as they tend to vary.
