I have really enjoyed living at the Griffin. The complex is incredibly upscale and is consistently clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I have not had a single issue since living her. Maintence is consistently available. The location is amazing and I feel incredibly safe.

Leasing team is amazing they are so friendly and helpful. When I moved in the property was taking on new management and the leasing team did the best they could to get me into my apartment. However I would expect a lot more from a “luxury” apartment in Scottsdale. When I moved in my apartment was dirty, scuff marks on the walls, touch ups on the walls and doors instead of just repainting. Dirty carpets that are old, stained, and fraying that should have been replaced. The apartment is not... soundproof at all if you don’t live on the top floor get used to hearing your neighbor stomp around all over their apartment and hearing your neighbors TV, radio, games, talking, etc. it’s not the leasing teams fault but the building is poorly constructed and maintained. My biggest regret is not walking my unit before signing my lease. If I saw what I was walking into I wouldn’t have signed a lease here.
