Don’t live here. Parking garage got robbed again. We have officially lost over $1500 worth of stuff in this apartment. Bikes stolen, cars broken into. We have the worst security you could imagine at night- on their phone half the time and they always stay for like 10 minutes. Roof leaks- still leaks after 4 years and 8 complaints. Tired of it.

The hallways and other common areas are always kept very clean, which makes the apartment comfortable to live in. The office staff are very friendly, and I really appreciate how they greet me with a smile when I’m walking around the community. The maintenance team is also very responsive and resolves issues quickly. Overall, it’s a very pleasant place to live.

My experience at the Griffin has been wonderful. The staff is incredibly helpful, the amenities are excellent, and the residents are friendly and respectful. There are so many great perks to living here.

The community offers many amenities and facilities are well maintained. The reason for the four stars versus five is because originally this was a pet friendly community. Without any notice signage is posted that pets are no longer welcome in common areas. The community offers a very large dog run but offers no seating for pet owners to relax and watch their dogs socialize with other dogs.
