I love the location of the complex and amenities offered. I love the dog run and pet grooming room, and the gym is really nice. The lobby/lounge area is well kept and seems to get good use. The outdoor cooking spaces are very convenient. The staff in the leasing office, cleaning and maintenance crews and security are all very kind and helpful. The leasing staff plans activities and offers supplies/space for special events or holidays. The only areas of improvement could be that the coffee... machine often doesn’t work, so I’ve basically stopped using that amenity though I really like the option. It’s just frustrating to go make a drink in the morning and the machine be out of service. Second, “reserved” parking spaces are often taken by others and I’ve had to tow four cars off and once had a delivery person threaten me when I asked them to move out of my space.
