The community and location is wonderful! It is located in a great part of Scottsdale that is close to most everything you could want. The community is well kept and the staff is friendly.

It's a nice apartment community. It's peaceful and quiet as much as possible to be almost in old town Scottsdale. Selecting The Cortesian is a great decision for living. I will renew my leasing. Good location, near main higways. Schools, recreative parks, churches, Supermarkets, restaurants, gas stations. Everything is near.

Living here is okay but the apartment is not very nice for the price. Also there is always a problem with the AC smell and the cold water always being hot.

This is actually a really great place to live. I just happened to live right outside the main pool with gas barbecues. There's two other pools on the property I just don't use them. The front office leave something to be desired. In the back office I've never had a problem with them. They've always been really great. There's a new GM in there and I haven't met him yet. But I haven't had any problems. Everybody's nice you can have dogs. The only thing I don't like is that I have to walk so far to... the garbage can. Thought they could have one a little closer but that's my only complaint so far.
