I am happy living at The Cortesian for now 4 years. The apartments are great, the neighborhood is quiet even that we are so close to Old Town and bars and restaurant, it's a convenient place to live. My only complaint are the cockroaches maybe because I am besides the Laundry room, not sure if that s the problem or not. Otherwise my experience is great.

Love the space, but when I moved in, it was really dusty and the floors were not clean. There were cords on the ground and some of the closets and the floors were overall gross. and beed a good sweep and mop. But overall, I love the space it’s perfect size for me. I didn’t realize it didn’t have overhead lighting, but it worked out perfect because I love ambience lighting
