Overall, I’ve had a good experience living here. The apartments are nice, the community is generally quiet, and I’ve felt comfortable living here. The location is convenient, and I appreciate the amenities the property offers. Maintenance has been helpful when I’ve needed something taken care of as well.
Like any apartment community, there are a few things that could be improved, but nothing that has made my experience a bad one. Overall, I’m happy living here and would recommend it to someone... looking for a nice place to call home.

I love the neighbors around here, everyone is very friendly. The pools are nice and everything is kept clean. The only things I don’t really enjoy are the occasional roaches and that maintenance takes a while to fulfill an order.

It's a nice apartment community. It's peaceful and quiet as much as possible to be almost in old town Scottsdale. Selecting The Cortesian is a great decision for living. I will renew my leasing. Good location, near main higways. Schools, recreative parks, churches, Supermarkets, restaurants, gas stations. Everything is near.

Living here is okay but the apartment is not very nice for the price. Also there is always a problem with the AC smell and the cold water always being hot.
