I strongly advise against renting from this property. There are numerous ongoing issues that have made my experience here incredibly frustrating.
First off, the buildings have serious maintenance problems, including water leaks and the potential for mold growth, which has not been properly addressed. Despite paying for a "gated community," the gates are often broken and out of service for half the year, leaving the complex vulnerable and creating unnecessary inconvenience.
Another huge issue... is the management's lack of care for basic amenities like the pet waste bins. They’re rarely cleaned out, which leads to a mess and unpleasant smells around the property. Additionally, the management has been unresponsive to multiple requests, and it's clear that they do everything they can to avoid taking responsibility for any problems. They are quick to blame tenants for issues and refuse to address them properly, all to avoid spending money on repairs or maintenance.
To make matters worse, during TPC Gold tournaments, getting in and out of the complex is nearly impossible. Traffic is backed up, and the property offers no solutions to mitigate this issue.
All in all, this place is poorly managed, and it's clear that tenant satisfaction is not a priority. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

When we moved to Arizona 20 years ago, we lived in Glen Eagle for three years. Moved away for 10 years and then return back for the past seven years. We love the location the apartment and the people we deal with. Hoping we don’t get priced out of the area.
