Just getting started moving in, so we haven't gotten a good feel yet. Wouldn't mind more pantry or storage space but other than that seems like a good home!

I've been here a year and a half, been great. My son and his wife have been here for over twelve years. Quiet, clean, well-kept, and lots of activities provided. Great location to Old Town Scottsdale and Tempe Marketplace for shopping and entertainment and close to Sky Harbor airport for travel! Great place to call home!!

Chazal is a quiet south Scottsdale community that is affordable and close to many places. Easy to temper and old town 10 mins each way. Great location.

I’ve really enjoyed living here. It’s a quiet, clean community that’s right next to a large greenway.
The management team and maintenance staff are all great! They are friendly and helpful with any issues.
