In under three months, this place has been a absolute nightmare. A broken microwave took nearly two weeks to fix, leaking pipes have led to mold in the wood cabinets in the bathroom, and there are frequent bug problems and stray cats roaming the property. Move-in issues included poorly done sink caulking that caused countertop damage, a closet track pulling out of the floor, and an absurdly loud AC unit. When it rains, my apartment entrance floods. The gym equipment is often broken, with... dysfunctional treadmills and elliptical units. Worst of all, the walls are paper thin and you hear everything, especially cars revving through the neighborhood.

Management is completely indifferent and essentially told me “too bad” when I raised these issues, refusing to address the problems or adjust the lease in any way. This is easily one of the worst living experiences I’ve had in the past five years. Do not waste your money or your quality of life by living here.

Just getting started moving in, so we haven't gotten a good feel yet. Wouldn't mind more pantry or storage space but other than that seems like a good home!
