Moving to Yardly property is the best the rent is affordable the amenities are very nice it’s quiet the interior of the apartment is perfect so happy that my daughter located this place for me iam originally from Los Angeles have been here in AZ.one year was @ another place but this one is perfect so far thank you ??

Living at the Yardly on Broadway has been an amazing experience. The apartment is gorgeous, very dog friendly community, clean environment, and friendly staff. I have truly enjoyed my experience here as it feels like your own little house as opposed to an apartment. Definitely recommend!

We have been living here for about 4 months now, we love how Yardly is very welcoming and supportive with our neighbors by bringing us together. We enjoy having food trucks and events almost everyweekend. Seeing new friendly faces is quite refreshing! They love our pets as much as we do :)

I would definitely recommend Yardly Broadway a great place to live at. Staff members maintenance team are so helpful and efficient in providing help and support. Managers and front office ladies just amazing, very friendly.Best of Best team here at Yardly Broadway. Facilities at these location is very convenient such as Fitness center, Pool, play ground, Tesla charging stations etc.
