As I have just recently moved in there are always issues with an apartment that need to be addressed no matter what apartment complex I've been at. The manager and leasing agent as well as the maintenance staff have been great at addressing and fixing my concerns. I love the apartment layout and the grounds are lush and well maintained. The dog park and the new dog wash room are a huge plus for me. I'm glad I moved here.

Wonderful place to live
Love living here. Property manager and team really care about their jobs and their tenants. Super clean property and grounds. Maintenance team rocks too. Friendly neighbors, feel safe and at peace all the time. Amenities like gym and pool are perfect and almost never crowded. Can’t say enough about Vida 46. It’s home!

Highly recommend
GREAT COMMUNITY! The office ladies are incredible always friendly, professional, and eager to help. The community itself is clean, safe, and has great amenities, making it such a pleasant place to live. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a welcoming and beautiful home.
