Love living here. Property manager and team really care about their jobs and their tenants. Super clean property and grounds. Maintenance team rocks too. GREAT COMMUNITY! The office ladies are incredible always friendly, professional, and eager to help. The community itself is clean, safe, and has great amenities, making it such a pleasant place to live. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a welcoming and beautiful home.

Giovani came today to take care of the maintenance issues we had submitted. He is always very helpful friendly and does a great job. All of the Vida 46 staff members have been so great the almost year we have been here. Love the location and the atmosphere here at Vida 46. We are staying for another year !!????thank you Jackie and all the staff for making this a great place to live !
