Everything was really smooth with the move-in process, which I appreciated. The Luxer system for packages is super convenient, and the complex is always clean. I like how relaxing it feels when I get home after work, and the cool hallways are honestly a lifesaver after being out in the heat. The pool is well maintained, and maintenance requests get taken care of pretty quickly. I’m happy to live here.

Love living here! Maintenance is amazing! My apartment is the perfect size and I love living in this area. Just across the street is so many yummy restaurants and coffee shops. Lightrail is the perfect distance where I don’t get bugged by homeless too!

I had the best experience touring with the leasing manager Michael. I ended up applying and leasing a spot here and I couldn’t be more happier with the outcome. The place is new, close to downtown but far enough to still make it a safe place to stay. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new apartment in Phoenix
