Everything I has been super fluid on the move in process, the team up front has been very helpful and nice. I got to spend memorial day here and it looks like there is quite the community forming, which makes it exciting to get to know my neighbors. I love the ammenities and havent had a complaint yet!

I love seven oaks! It’s amazing and so are the people. The community is vibrant and fun perfect for a date night or even a solo night. Jake, Micheal and Eboni are delightful and Eboni is really informative and kind. If I can move again, I will the move was so smooth and easy!

Everything was really smooth with the move-in process, which I appreciated. The Luxer system for packages is super convenient, and the complex is always clean. I like how relaxing it feels when I get home after work, and the cool hallways are honestly a lifesaver after being out in the heat. The pool is well maintained, and maintenance requests get taken care of pretty quickly. I’m happy to live here.

Love living here! Maintenance is amazing! My apartment is the perfect size and I love living in this area. Just across the street is so many yummy restaurants and coffee shops. Lightrail is the perfect distance where I don’t get bugged by homeless too!
