I had the best experience touring with the leasing manager Michael. I ended up applying and leasing a spot here and I couldn’t be more happier with the outcome. The place is new, close to downtown but far enough to still make it a safe place to stay. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new apartment in Phoenix

Easy enough move in and love the neighborhood with all it amentiies. Some early appliance issues that were quickly fixed. Noise off 7th can be a challenge.

I really enjoy living here, nice amenities, pool view from the deck, grills in multiple community areas. Responsive maintenance team and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
