Love it here! Quiet and clean. Management consistently provides professional and friendly service. I appreciate the regular landscaping and maintenance that keeps the complex looking great.

The property is completely dirty entrance stairs haven't been cleaned in months along with elevator entryways in parking area. The garage issue is nuts, they take up parking space to place the dumpsters, they also have a trailer hauling out trash from the complex. Hallway is stinking like trash, hasn't been vacuumed for quite a while, to add the window ledges inside are covered in bugs and dust. Recently changed the hours to the pool which is why i moved here. Trash valet is charged but I can't... use it due to my work schedule that doesn't match with the hours of pickup, and if I leave my trash out I get a notice. Read More

So far so good! Army is great! The heated pool could be warmer. The building is well located, and the area is very walkable. The people so far have been very friendly.

We moved in last Saturday and so far eveyone has been friendly. And the property has been great.
The only complaint we have is the water heater continuously going out.
We have submitted 3 maint. requests and I believe the heater should be replaced.
And it seems that we have to call each time to make sure the request gets completed.
