Absolutely beautiful place. Move in was a wonderful experience because the team was so responsive and helpful with all my questions. The amenities are beautiful and matched the photos. The community center has such a beautiful vibe and I’m glad I choose to move here.

I had lived at this complex for over a year and at first I absolutely loved it. But, last year the apartments were taken over buy new management. Unfortunately the property went downhill quickly. The pool became filthy, there was trash everywhere, the gym was never cleaned, and the elevators out of service for weeks. Several maintenance issues with my apartment went unresolved one being the refrigerator (out for a week). The office rarely answers the phone and have to leave a message and wait... for them to return your call to be able to speak to someone. The new property management also began to add miscellaneous charges to our monthly rents that were never there before hand. Once you move out they will charge you for cleaning and damages with absolutely no proof. They will try to squeeze you for every penny they can. I would have absolutely loved to resign and stay on the complex even with the crazy price increases but unfortunately it is simply not worth the money anymore. Their leasing operations very unorganized. Their front office needs more supervision and training to ensure that they do not waste applicants' time and money. I am very familiar with the apartment applicant process and this level of disorganization is far out of the norm. I am glad that I do not have to deal with them in the long term.

I am a future resident and will report back but have been pleased with my experience so far. The management is awesome and the property is very upscale. I have looked around at many apartments and Level is by far the best!

After owning a house for many years, I was reluctant to move into an apartment. However, my husband and I decided to move to Level because of it's location and the beautiful property. I was actually pleasantly surprised of all the nice amenities the apartment offered. The laminate wood floors are beautiful and modern. The kitchens are nicely appointed for a small family with gorgeous granite. I miss having a pantry, but there is a lot of storage for two people. I love all the modern light... fixtures and the fact that they are connected to dimmer switches. This simple upgrade really makes things much cozier. I also love the bathroom. The toilets are upgraded, the bathrooms are much nicer than I had in my previous home, and I lived in a very nice house. We are so close to all of Phoenix. The school district is one of the best in the state. Aside from that, the staff is kind and responsive. The pool is always kept immaculate and feels more like living in a resort than an apartment.
