Living in this community has been a very pleasant experience. The common areas are always clean and well maintained, the atmosphere is quiet and the administration team is attentive and efficient. Any maintenance request is handled quickly. I would definitely recommend this place to those looking for comfort and good quality of life."

I've been a resident at level for about 3 year and have enjoyed living here at Level. I haven't had any major issues, and the issues i have had have been resolved very quickly and professionally.
Since the changing with new people in the front office, i have felt they have been very sand offish and I felt like I was and inconvenience to the staff as i just come in to pay my rent. The old staff was always very friendly and welcoming to me and took care of any issues i have had in a quick and... professional manor.
I have reported to staff the front gate sensor is contentiously malfunction making it hard to get into the front gate when the gates are closed for the night. This issues dose not seem to be fixed or resolved
I have as reported to staff the outside light between garage 43 and 42 is out and needs replaced.
There's seems to be an excessive amount of trash in the hallways and out by the compactor. not sure whats going on with that?

The location of this property is perfect. Very walkable area. Close to restaurants and shopping and everything else. New office management staff seems to be managing the property better than the last people but my 14 year old son said that the office staff got mad at him for trying to get water out of the front office mini fridge. They told him it was only for future residence. Not current residents. And I think that's ridiculous. We've been here for over 2 years and we see residents going in... that refrigerator regularly.

Overall the experience is okay, I will say the new management team seems to be willing to do repairs more quickly than the previous owner. However the back door handle being constantly broken and the fob not working is a consistent source of frustration and a security concern.
