This community seems to care only about collecting money, not about its residents or even potential new residents. Communication is practically nonexistent, yet they expect residents and future residents to meet completely unrealistic deadlines with little to no notice or explanation. Attempts to get clarification or assistance go unanswered, which creates unnecessary stress and frustration. A place to live should provide transparency and basic communication—unfortunately, this community offers... neither. I would not recommend living here if you value clear communication or fair treatment.

Very nice community. The only thing that sucks is the weed smell that me and my boyfriend sometimes smell outside during the night. Other than that, I would say that everything is up to the standards we have paid for :)
