Very pretty, but everything breaks so easily and pay for parking and can have only 2 guests. Paying down the club house and can’t even use it lol

The apartment is very beautiful and all of the amenities. The only thing I don't like is parking. I should have at least one free parking close to my unit, considering how much I pay in rent
