The office was disorganized with paperwork and did not have anything ready for move in and when preparing nothing worked. The apartment itself is nice and the location is convenient .

The management team has always been responsive and helpful. The building is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. I especially appreciate the amenities like the gym/pool/laundry room/community lounge, and the location is super convenient very close to the freeway and stores.
