I will say maintenance is pretty quick, but we have a lot of issues internally with the complex like the wall. It’s not real paint so it gets dirty and they wanna charge us for it which I think is a little silly and. Like the rent that’s increasing $200 and then as well as the parking is from 35 to 75. I think a lot of it is nickeling and diming

Living at Escape at Arrowhead has been a really positive experience for me. One of the biggest highlights is the amenities—they’re well-maintained, modern, and actually enjoyable to use. Whether it’s the pool, fitness center, or common areas, everything feels thoughtfully designed and adds real value to everyday living.
The neighborhood is another major plus. It’s clean, convenient, and has a comfortable, welcoming vibe. I’ve found the people here to be respectful and friendly, which makes a... big difference. It feels like a community where neighbors look out for each other without being intrusive.

Staff is always wonderful and helpful. Complex is well kept up landscaping wise but amenities don’t work more often than others. Grills could be managed better and deep cleaned every month or so. The parking situation is probably the least enjoyable thing about the complex. Overall it’s a good living environment and good experiences out weigh the bad

Living at Escape At arrowhead has been a wonderful experience. We have been here about three years and love living here. The location is convenient and it’s a friendly neighborhood. I feel safe here even walking my dog late at night when it’s dark. Come by and check us out!
