Living at Escape at Arrowhead has been a really positive experience for me. One of the biggest highlights is the amenities—they’re well-maintained, modern, and actually enjoyable to use. The neighborhood is another major plus. It’s clean, convenient, and has a comfortable, welcoming vibe. I’ve found the people here to be respectful and friendly, which makes a... big difference. It feels like a community where neighbors look out for each other without being intrusive.

Staff is always wonderful and helpful. Complex is well kept up landscaping wise but amenities don’t work more often than others. Grills could be managed better and deep cleaned every month or so. The parking situation is probably the least enjoyable thing about the complex. Overall it’s a good living environment and good experiences out weigh the bad

Living at Escape At arrowhead has been a wonderful experience. We have been here about three years and love living here. The location is convenient and it’s a friendly neighborhood. I feel safe here even walking my dog late at night when it’s dark. Come by and check us out!
